Seller and payment

PromptMarket publishes the packs. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record: it takes the payment, calculates and collects tax, and issues the receipt. Gumroad's own terms apply at checkout. PromptMarket never receives or stores your card details.

Prices are in USD. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and added by Gumroad at checkout.

License

A pack is licensed, not sold. Solo licenses one developer. Team licenses up to 10 seats inside one organisation; a seat is one named person who uses the pack, contractors included.

You can use the prompts, presets and judges you purchase, and any output you generate with them, in personal and commercial projects without additional licensing or attribution to PromptMarket. That includes deploying a Baseline preset as the system prompt of your own product, and running Press Check judges in your own eval pipeline. A user extracting the prompt from your deployed agent is not a breach on your side.

What you can't do

You can't resell a pack, or any substantial part of it, as a text product; publish it in full, in a public repository or on a marketplace; fold it into your own paid prompt collection; or share it with people outside your licensed seats. Using it internally, on your own team or projects, is unrestricted.

Delivery and updates

Instant download from your Gumroad library right after purchase. Updates to a pack you own are free and arrive the same way: re-download it there for the latest version.

No update schedule, support period or fixed duration is promised: a pack may be updated, or left as it is.

Refunds

Email maksim344551@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund your full order through Gumroad, no questions asked. There is one rule: the 14 days start on the day of purchase, the refund covers your full order, and Gumroad processes it back to your original payment method. You don't need to give a reason. This guarantee does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

What the packs are, and aren't

The packs are prompts, schemas, tests and judge prompts. They don't guarantee any particular model output, and they don't make your system safe, accurate or compliant with any law: you test them on your own model and data, and you are responsible for the agents you deploy. Judges grade after the fact and are not a runtime guardrail.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PromptMarket is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data, arising from the use of a pack, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for that pack. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
